What are your views about in-flight meals? I always found them not very like-able, with too few options and painstakingly slow service. How about an unending line of choices across cuisines, served steaming hot at your seat, minus any turbulence? That’s exactly what you get at Fly Kouzina, the city’s first aircraft themed restaurant, dishing out Italian, Oriental & Indian fares with elan.
When I got an invitation from Thinquisitive for a Bloggers’ Meet at Fly Kouzina hosted by Dineout, I was really looking forward to it. Once aboard the flight of food, the boarding pass at the gate itself made me happy like a child at the beginning of a summer holiday. I then let the Captain take control of the culinary flight and the and the air-hostesses serve some happiness on my plate.
This vegetarian diner is sure to catch the fancy of kids and adults alike, with its inverted runway, moving clouds by the seats and an excellent crew. Being so, it has already garnered a steady clientele and even on weekdays, the place might just be brimming with people. So it would be a smart move to book a table through Dineout, whether via Android, iOS, their website or the Concierge Desk. Apart from guaranteeing a reservation, the dineout diner will have the option to pay cashless at the restaurant, see real-time table availability updates, book events and also gift meals.
I tried a line of things, mixing between their Oriental and Continental fares. It’s not too difficult to impress me with a bowl of Cream of Mushroom Soup, and this rich, creamy, hot goodness made me happy indeed. Of the half a dozen starters which I sampled, my personal favourites were the Pesto Cheese Shaslik and the Cheese Balls. Of the mains, I dug into the Pizza Kouzina, and washed it down with their variety of well-mixed mocktails.
So pack your appetite and get ready to fly high on an unique culinary flight. Thank me later folks!
