The Mango Mania Festival at Flurys, Kolkata is on till the 4th of June, across all its 17 city outlets. A special menu with cakes, desserts and beverages had been designed for the festival around the much-loved, gorgeous fruit and includes Mango Checkered Cake, Fresh Mango Log, New York style Mango Cheesecake, Fresh Mango Whoopie Pie and Glazed Mango Dome to name a few. My personal recommendation would be the simple yet beautiful Mango Tea Cake.
