My Box of Joy😍 SugarTop is your friendly, neighborhood confectionery. . Located near Lord's More, SugarTop specializes in sweet treats but has a few savouries too. Everything is priced very reasonably, the financiers and madeleines are 20 INR apiece, while the brownies are at 40 INR. They also have a rather fancy looking Rainbow Crepe Cake which I am yet to try. . P.S. I can personally vouch for their brownies! 😎 . . . #sweet #sweettooth #Kolkatablogger #kolkata #newintown #brownie #madeleine #financier #doughnuts #bitechompgulp
With every place in town flashing their couple offers on this Valentine's Day, SOI is making sure the women in love with themselves get a chance to celebrate this day of Love! #love #girls #valentinesday #kolkata #bitechompgulp
The Bikaneri Food Festival at the JW Kitchen, Kolkata is on till 2nd February. . If you love the colours, spices and robust flavours of Rajasthan, then you should definitely try this! . And no, it was not a vegetarian affair😆! #bikaner #rajasthan #lunch #dinner #festival #laalmaas #kachori #chaat #churma #kolkata #kolkatablogger #bitechompgulp
Tak Heng at Keyatala Road, Southern Avenue has reopened, and thankfully so! It's a little bit of Tyangra, outside Tyangra. I particularly liked the dumplings with their thin sheaths and the good, old Chilli Pork. The Chilli Pork here has a lean meat to fat ratio hugely tilted in favour of the former, which is a big plus for me. And the best part of Tak Heng is that, it still serves Cotton's Ice-Cream Soda😍!
Gorom gorom Cheese Chilli Toast with a dollop of butter on top ☺️ . After office treats for the tired soul😁 . . . #cheese #chilli #toast #snacks #afteroffice #sogood #treat #bun #Kolkatablogger #kolkata #streetfood #soulfood #comfortfood #warm #bitechompgulp
'Hyangla Lagey'. That's what these are called in my house. My whole life felt like a lie when I realized that these puff pastry pockets with coconut filling aren't something made only in my house, and that these go by the name of gujiya! But aren't gujiyas the little bites of looped kheer, available for two bucks? For me this will always be the Hyangla Lagey, the first cousin of Hyangla Paye. I will save the story of Hyangla Paye for another day though! These are from last year, btw. This year I am yet to make any pithes😐 #GrowingUp #RealityCheck #HowCanThisBeGujiya #SankrantiFeels #Pithe
